Castro isn’t eligible as a free agent. He only pitched one inning. He would be eligible for for your org adds though.

I think as soon as he’s in a regular season roster he’s eligible. So as soon as he’s called up in season.

Sorry - thanks. He'll become eligible as he pitches through this season though, right? He’ll be eligible for free agency once he hits the 130/50. Until then they cannot be added unless it’s through a minors add, or draft. |
