Tigers trade Justin Topa, RP, MIL to the Astros
Astros trade Brooks Raley, RP, HOU to the Tigers

Raley is getting meaningful innings for the Astros, for which I'm willing to give up the potential of Topa when he comes back from his injury.

Confirmed: Raley is useful ullpen piece that comes with a small 400 price tag and team option for next year. I just have too many RP options at the moments and my attempt to stash him in the minors on waivers failed. So I’m happy to get a player in return. Topa comes with some risk after injury and he’s a bit old for a prospect but I feel like the value is equal return for Raley.
